Returns & Refund Policy

We know it must be hard to trust a product that sounds too good to be true. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of from the date of your receipt.

Please read the following steps carefully for your refund.

 

1. Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

2. Please contact our support team at hello@theclickstand.com with the subject heading: ''Refund/Return - Your order no.'', for example, ''Refund/Return - #CS9001''. This is to ensure that you get speedy replies from our support team. 

3. In your email message please state clearly the issue with the product, along with the attachments of your photos and videos (best if possible). Your email should be concise, clear and provide as much information as possible. 

4. Please note that products that are physically or internally damaged by the user, and/or by the shipping courier when in transit back to us will be deemed as an invalid claim. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. It is your due responsibility to take care of the product and maintain it in an acceptable state and in working conditions. 

5. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our product(s) are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded. 

6. Once we deemed your refund claim as successful, your order purchase price will be refunded to you in 7 days.
